About BCCAT

BCCAT is run by the tribunal community for the tribunal community and provides hands-on education in administrative justice.

BCCAT’s office is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking Musqueam people. BCCAT’s work spans the traditional territories of 198 First Nations and 38 Métis chartered communities across BC and many BCCAT members, instructors and volunteers work remotely from different areas of British Columbia. BCCAT recognizes the historic relationship between Indigenous peoples and the land continues today and is committed to pursuing reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
